Alyse Falconer, PE, LEED AP BD+C, is a Managing Principal at Point Energy Innovations, an MEP consulting firm specializing in net-zero energy, carbon and sustainable buildings. She designs all-electric MEP systems that minimize energy consumption, offset electricity with on-site renewables, and eliminate operational carbon footprints. With extensive experience in LEED Platinum, Net Zero Energy, and Passive House projects, Alyse is recognized as a leader in sustainable design.

She has received numerous accolades, including the ASHRAE New Faces in Engineering Award, recognizing exceptional talent under 30, and ENR 40 Under 40 and Engineered Systems Magazine’s 20 Women to Watch in HVAC in 2020. Alyse served as the 2020-2021 Golden Gate ASHRAE Chapter President and is active in Regional and Society-level committees. She guest lectures at UC Berkeley, Cal Poly, UNC, and ULI MasterClasses and speaks at conferences like GreenBuild and ASHRAE. She is also a member of the California State University Mechanical Review Board.
