Antonio Calcado is the Executive Vice President for Strategic Planning and Operations and Chief Operating Officer at Rutgers University. Calcado, whose purview includes planning, development, and design; university facilities; Business Services; Strategic Services; University Public Safety, and Codes and Standards, led the development of Rutgers 2030, the University’s Physical Master Plan. He has overseen the implementation of $3.1 billion in active and realized capital construction, including teaching, research, residential, and mixed-use development and re-development projects.
