Thornton Tomasetti

Eli Gottlieb joined Thornton Tomasetti in 1996 and is Co-Leader of the New York Metropolitan Region. Eli has managed technically challenging and creative projects across the country. His experience includes structural analysis, design, and review of a wide variety of structures, new and existing, including high-rise commercial buildings, hotels, sports facilities, historic structures, and cultural and academic facilities. Some of his projects include the Platform at the Hudson Yards as well as the SHED and the Vessel, the recently renovated Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center along with the Princeton University Stadium, Frist Health Center and Hobson College. He earned a bachelor’s degree in structural engineering and architecture from Princeton University and a master’s degree in civil engineering and engineering mechanics from Columbia University.
