Ninoshka Henriques
Senior Associate
WRNS
Ninoshka Henriques, is a senior associate at WRNS Studio where for 9 years she has led and delivered a multitude of projects ranging from workplace, institutional, student health to whole campus redevelopments. She has led teams from conceptual phase through construction documentation and CA stages for complex, multi-faceted projects. Additionally, she has run numerous stakeholder engagement processes for complicated institutional projects, working closely with client teams and user groups to achieve their goals & deliver successful projects.
Ninoshka brings 15 years of architecture and urban design experience, bringing a layered lens to her projects, with her early work based in Oman & India. Her design approach is grounded in striking a balance between placemaking and functionality, each of which being elevated through details that enhance the human experience.
Ninoshka earned her Bachelor of Architecture at Pune University in India & her Masters in Architecture and Urban Design at Columbia University in New York. When Ninoshka is not working, she commits her time to volunteering at not-for-profits and organizations to help support underserved communities. Committed to equity in the field of architecture, Ninoshka leads studioWRNS in New York and serves as an advisor for WRNS Foundation scholarship recipients.
