Lesley Netter-Snowden
Interim Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer
Kennesaw State University
Dr. Lesley Netter-Snowden has served as Interim Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Kennesaw State University since May 2025, overseeing daily operations, fiduciary management, and strategic initiatives to advance the university’s mission and enhance the campus experience. She previously held key leadership positions at KSU, including Vice President of Business Services (2024–2025), Assistant Vice President of Campus Services (2020–2023), and Chief Institutional Auditor (2017–2019). In these roles, she directed Internal Audit, Auxiliary Services, Community and Professional Education, the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, and Administration and Finance Marketing and Communications.
Before joining KSU in 2017, Dr. Netter-Snowden spent 13 years at EY, a global professional services firm, primarily serving not-for-profit clients in its assurance practice. She holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education Management from the University of Georgia, as well as a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University. A certified public accountant, she is also a University System of Georgia Executive Leadership Institute Scholar and a member of Leadership Georgia’s Class of 2024.
