Teresa Miller is a Principal at Plante Moran Realpoint, where she leads the firm’s acute care practice, serving health systems, hospitals, and physician groups with real estate and owner’s representation services from project conception through activation. With a background spanning architecture and construction, Teresa brings deep expertise in early project planning, budgeting, and scope alignment to deliver cost-effective, well-executed healthcare facilities of all scales.

She holds master’s degrees in Architecture and Engineering (construction management) as well as a bachelor’s in Architecture from the University of Michigan. A registered architect, AIA member, and LEED AP, Teresa also serves on the boards of Women in Healthcare (Michigan Chapter) and the Construction Association of Michigan. In 2022, she was recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as one of the most notable women in construction, architecture, and design.
