Joanna Bauer, EdD
Executive Vice President & Chief Academic Officer
Claremont Lincoln University
Dr. Bauer is an educator who believes in the value of learning and the intersection of ethical leadership and sustainable solutions. To be able to engage in educating the everyday leader in each student, she fiercely protects the quality of the curriculum, student and faculty experience, and the resources of the institution. In this quest of educating, she has held a variety of academic administrative positions, and taught onground and online for over 25 years in the areas of communication, leadership, critical thinking, conflict resolution, research, marketing, sociology, and behavioral science. Beyond academia, Dr. Bauer’s professional background is as a business consultant specializing in strategy and vision, corporate development and communication, public relations, marketing, and employee development. She also serves as the SCUP co-chair for the I-AM initiative.
