Delia Nevola
Delia Nevola, AIA, NCARB, is the Education Market Leader at CannonDesign, an international award-winning Architecture, Interiors, and Planning firm. For over 20 years, Delia has created civic and higher-education projects that have transformed and enriched campuses and communities. Her training in critical thinking and artmaking and her ability to synthesize ideas to make memorable building environments are evident during all project phases, from the earliest conceptual discussions to the resolution of complex details during construction. At Steinberg Hart, she is also the leader of the Arts, Culture, and Entertainment Studio, currently engaged in the multi-phased design and renovations of the University of Central Florida’s John C Hitt Library in Orlando and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts Stevens Center in Winston-Salem. She has participated in numerous conferences and AIA presentations, most recently moderating “An Ode to Oodi: Stories of a Radical Public Library” at the AIANY Center for Architecture. Delia enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, experiencing the quirky culture of NYC’s East Village, where they reside.
