Terry Steelman has an ironclad vision for the design-based future of the firm. This agenda stewarded his work on many of the firm’s most celebrated academic, medical, and corporate projects, including the Samsung America Headquarters, Adelphi University’s Nexus Building, Rowan University’s Henry and Betty Rowan Hall, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Colket Building. Terry is deeply passionate about building enduring relationships with both clients and colleagues and takes great pride in the lineage he’s built during his three-decade-spanning career at Ballinger.
