Libby Ramirez

University Architect and Director, Capital Resources
Oregon State University

Ms. Ramirez is a licensed architect with over thirty years of specialized experience in healthcare, laboratory, and institutional design.  She oversees Space Management and University Land Use Planning, while providing expertise in framing the 10-Year Capital Forecast, campus planning decisions, facilities planning and design, space programming, space allocation and capital project planning.

Since joining Oregon State University in 2015, she has overseen the design and construction of the OSU Portland Center, the Oregon Forest Science Complex and the Marine Geology Core Repository Facility, the College of Engineering Masterplan as well as the programming for new design and planning projects on the Corvallis campus.  Current projects include completing Reser Stadium and the Jen-Hsun and Lori Huang Collaborative Innovation Complex.

Libby is a Registered Architect in Oregon and Washington.  She earned her Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Business Administration from Washington State University.
