Lillian De Lisle Stott
Senior Director, Organizational Development
Society for College and University Planning
Charlottsville, VALillian De Lisle Stott serves as the senior director, organizational development at the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), where she is focused on the implementation of SCUP’s strategic plan, partnership development, membership and community, and organizational culture.
Prior to joining SCUP, Lillian was the director of partnerships at Saxbys, a national education company and Certified B-Corporation that partners with universities to bring consequence-rich experiential learning opportunities for students. Previously, Lillian spent most of her career in higher education associations, including the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS) and Community College Business Officers (CCBO), where she developed her interest in supporting the higher education community, its students, and the professionals who serve them.
Lillian resides in Charlottesville, VA, is a proud Wahoo and UVA basketball fan, and enjoys spending time outdoors with family, friends, and her goofy Siberian Husky.
