Shaunna Cahill is the User Experience Manager at the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), where she champions the organization’s core values of Community, Learning, and Impact through user-centered design across SCUP’s digital platforms. Shaunna plays a key role in creating seamless digital experiences that enhance learning and knowledge-sharing, while overseeing the publication and organization of resources across SCUP’s platforms. She leads efforts to clearly communicate the value of SCUP’s offerings, while fostering a strong sense of community among members and stakeholders.

Shaunna enjoys working through tricky concepts using maps, diagrams, and sketches. She was a graphic designer for several years, and has always gravitated toward collaborative projects and organizing information. Her secret weapons are her brilliant colleagues and volunteer collaborators.

On the weekends, she catches up with her human and canine family members in between gardening projects. She really plans to get back to weightlifting some day.
