Danuta A. Nitecki  is Dean of Libraries at Drexel University and Professor in its College of Computing and Informatics, with over 40 years experience working at four other large research universities. Her research, publications, presentations, and professional experiences have focused on user services, library design, application of technologies, and evaluation and assessment methods. She was a co-recipient of the 2015 Perry Chapman Prize for research in planning in education. She serves as the liaison to SCUP from the Association of College and Research Libraries.
