Shawna Wolfe is an alumna of Ohio University who is dedicated to the people and places that distinguish the University’s vibrant campus communities. As the Associate Vice President for University Planning, she supports Ohio University’s mission and vision by leading its master and capital planning, space programming, real estate strategy and the multi-campus system’s
strategic planning, including its physical and digital environment. At the heart of her work is a commitment to informed planning and a collaborative, holistic approach to campus planning that advances the University’s academic mission and engages the community. She has spearheaded Ohio University’s most recent comprehensive master plan and development frameworks, championed significant transformational projects including a new campus green and home which leverages existing building assets and is leading a University-wide strategic initiative to reimage space utilization. Additionally, she has created comprehensive capital plan architecture for prioritization and data-informed progress tracking. Prior to joining Ohio University, she was a Senior Planner and Designer for Hilferty and Associates, a large-scale interpretive museum consulting firm. From master planning and visioning to detailing interactive experiences, her work with the firm spanned the country and included the conception and construction of the National Historic Trails Center in Casper, Wyoming.
