Christopher Paladino is the president of New Brunswick Development Corporation (DEVCO), a non-profit real estate development company founded in the mid-1970s to help drive the revitalization of New Brunswick, New Jersey. Paladino, who assumed his role in 1994, has managed approximately $1.5 billion in residential, commercial, and institutional development activities, including public private partnerships with Rutgers University.
