Adam Baacke is the Executive Director of Planning, Design, and Construction for the University of Massachusetts Lowell, currently one of the fastest rising public research universities in the nation, where he oversees planning, capital projects design and delivery, real estate, and the campus space inventory. Previously, he worked for the City of Lowell Department of Planning and Development from 2000-2014, serving as Assistant City Manager and Director beginning in 2007. Mr. Baacke holds degrees from Cornell University and the University of Massachusetts-Boston‚ McCormack Institute.
