Vendor Presentations at SCUP’s Annual Conference
Share Your Knowledge by Presenting at SCUP 2025!
Vendor presentations are “purchased” 60-minute sessions that follow the same educational requirements as regular concurrent sessions and are presented side-by-side with other sessions on the program and in the same classrooms as concurrent sessions. They provide tangible takeaways and insights that your audience can immediately apply. They are not sales pitches. The session may receive continuing education credits based on the topic that is presented.
We’re open to all topics that present practical integrated planning solutions and applications and are particularly interested in proposals that guide participants step-by-step through a solution, share data and research that can support institutional decision making, describe innovative ways to support student success, and use integrated planning for better results.
Four (4) slots are available in 60-minute sessions and scheduled along-side the concurrent sessions.
How Your Firm Benefits
✓ Based on the takeaway, your firm gains a reputation as a resource for knowledge on that topic.
✓ Firm logo and abstract published in or on the following:- Conference web pages
- Conference mobile app
✓ Presenter badge ribbon
✓ Electronic lists of pre-registered attendees at eight (8) weeks and three (3) weeks prior to the conference
✓ Final list of registrants post-conferenceNote: These lists will only include those attendees who have consented to have their information shared with exhibitors or sponsors.
Fees
The vendor presentation fee does not include complimentary registration. All presenters must register and pay the conference registration fee. However, each vendor presentation comes with the ability to purchase one $450 full-conference registration, which is a substantial discount off of the regular registration rate.
The fee for vendor presentations is $4,200 USD. After your topic and abstract is submitted and reviewed, you will be notified regarding its acceptance. You are under no obligation to accept the offer, but if you do, payment is due at that time. If you decline, the time slot will be offered to another applicant. Cancellations received on or before May 31, 2025, will receive full refunds. Refunds will not be granted after that date unless a substitute vendor presentation can be sold.
Application
Deadline April 9, 2025
