Effective Use of Resources: SCUP 11 in Retrospect
The Regional Salary Survey as an Aid to Institutional Salary PlanningFrom Volume 5 Number 6 | December 1976By Lawrence B. DurhamInterinstitutional salary comparisons, in the view of Lawrence B. Durham, Director of University Planning Services at the University of Alabama, have proven to be a valuable planning tool for institutions seeking to achieve salary equity while maintaining accountability.
