Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify and harness your emotions and apply them to tasks like thinking and problem solving, to regulate your own emotions when necessary, and to help others do the same. The coronavirus pandemic is proving to be the greatest test of emotional intelligence in a generation. Like all crises, the coronavirus pandemic has pressurized personal and professional life.
