Sharing space is one way to achieve the goal of highly utilized facilities, but how can we effectively share space and design space for sharing? Current strategies for sharing space tend to focus on shared functionality, but even seemingly unrelated programs can share facilities if we plan and design them for effective co-location. In this session, you will learn operational and planning strategies that will help you to both identify potential programs for sharing and provide a framework for designing your shared environment.
