Job Duties
The Campus Planner, Intermediate provides critical support to the Executive Director of Campus Planning and Space Management (CPSM) and contributes to the development and implementation of the University’s long-range physical plans by managing planning projects, conducting analyses, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and fostering relationships with internal and external partners. This role requires a solid understanding of campus planning principles, strong project management and analytical skills, political sensitivity and excellent communication abilities. This position also requires a high-level understanding of confidential campus strategic goals and visions to inform recommendations for projects.

Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, public administration, finance, or a related field.
● At least three (3) years of professional experience in campus planning, capital project planning, urban planning, community development, or a related field.
● At least one (1) year of experience working in a university environment.
Salary
Starting salary is $73,548.80/yr and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Other Info
This position may have the opportunity to work hybrid where a mix of in-person work from a Boise State worksite and an alternative work location is utilized, within the state of Idaho. Candidates must be able to work on-site as needed. This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.
