Webinar
Minding the “Trust Gap”: Implications of COVID-19 Decisions for Higher Ed
July 30, 2020Free Webinar | 3:00 - 4:00 PM Eastern- Event Home

Join this moderated discussion about how institutions are doing in their communications around their COVID-19 decision-making, and the potential short and long term implications of these decisions for institutions and more broadly higher ed, if we fail to lead and communicate effectively. This conversation will touch on what panelists are observing in terms of the “what” and “how” of returning to campus, but the central question will be — how might our responses to COVID-19 potentially exacerbate the growing “trust gap” between higher ed and its stakeholders, and how will institutional responses impact how we regard our institutional leaders moving forward.
This program is offered in partnership by the Association of College and University Housing Officers – International (ACUHO-I) & SCUP.
**This discussion will allow attendees to actively engage in the program by making comments and asking questions in real-time.
