COVID-19 Conversation: Second Wave Preparation Strategies Using New and Improved Risk Management Planning Processes
August 4, 2020Free Webinar | 2:00–3:00 PM Eastern- Event Home

This program is co-hosted by The Campus Safety, Health, and Environmental Management Association (CSHEMA), University Risk Management & Insurance Association (URMIA), and SCUP.
Using a physical event as a scenario like a COVID-19 resurgence, panelists from various departments on campus work through scenario analysis to develop key components of a flexible long-term plan.
Attendees will learn about renewing efforts around your strategic planning process cycle, hear about the importance of scenario planning with stakeholders, and discover how to create a nimble and change-ready planning culture.
About this Roundtable
Let’s use the power of our collective knowledge to address risks that have emerged as a result of the COVID-19 crisis. This roundtable is a way for members to share concerns, experiences, and resources with other members in an informal exchange of ideas. This is an open-mic session that will have a general topic and facilitator but will rely on the active participation of attendees.
Learning Outcomes:
- Renew efforts around your strategic planning process cycle.
- Discuss the importance of scenario planning with stakeholders.
- Create a nimble and change-ready planning culture.
