Higher education is navigating a uniquely difficult moment—one that’s testing not only our institutions, but our energy, our resolve, and our sense of connection. This conversation is a space to pause, reflect, and be in community with others who understand the weight of the work. There’s no agenda and no expectation to have it all figured out. Instead, it’s an open, peer-driven space for authenticity, shared experience, and mutual encouragement. Whether you’re feeling stretched thin, seeking solidarity, or just need a moment to reconnect with others who truly get it—you’re not alone. We’re in this together.
