In this high-impact role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, translating the university’s strategic goals into tangible campus facilities. Your primary duties will include:
- Strategic Planning: Leading long-range campus development efforts, strategic initiatives implementation, and architectural studies.
- Design Solutions: Providing expertise on architectural, interior, and engineering issues aligned with the Physical Master Plan.
Architectural Planning: Leading feasibility studies of building and site designs for various types of facilities, including infrastructure, sustainability, and accessibility aspects. - Space Planning and Management: Optimizing built environments through rigorous data analysis, programmatic development, and strategic space planning to inform and support high-level decision-making.
- Collaborative Leadership: Coordinating with campus leadership, outside designers, and diverse stakeholders to ensure the highest and best use of space and resources.

The ideal candidate is a licensed architect or certified interior designer with at least 5 years of professional experience.

Required Qualifications
- Licensed architect or Certified Interior Designer with a minimum of five years of professional experience.
- Experience with architectural design of complex projects, strategic planning for the physical campus, and/or space planning & programming.
- Experience with university design and planning projects, either as a consultant or directly from university/institutional experience.
Salary
