About the Workshop Series

Ed Tech for Planning: Tools for Engagement and Collaboration

Leveraging technology is essential for effective planning, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. Unfortunately, researching, vetting, and learning to use new software, applications, and platforms takes time and energy (and that’s assuming your college or university can afford to invest in planning-specific tech tools).

Fortunately, most institutions already have a wealth of tech tools that can be used for planning processes: educational technology. This interactive 4-part series will explain how common ed techtools can be repurposed to support key aspects of the planning process—from capturing stakeholder input and presenting information to training teams and improving user experience. Through hands-on learning and discussion, you will learn strategies for adapting ed tech from a classroom tool to a planning tool, helping you streamline data collection, improve communication, and create more engaging and effective planning initiatives. Whether you’re looking to strengthen collaboration, optimize information sharing, or enhance training, this series will explore practical solutions to leverage existing ed tech to support your planning efforts.

The series is flexible, allowing you to register for as many or as few sessions as desired, ensuring you gain knowledge tailored to your needs. Register for any number of sessions, or bundle them all for a discount.

All sessions are facilitated live via Zoom from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM Eastern.
