West Coast UniversityWhen embracing a technology-rich higher education environment such as a nursing school, institutions and their designers must engage in collaborative decision-making that includes the deans and faculty of the nursing and physician assistant programs, university administrators, alumni, health care employers, current students, and consultants. In this article, we share the planning process for the West Coast University professional school’s newest campus in North Texas. Our team started and implemented this process by connecting with stakeholders to solicit input and gain consensus for the condensed, high-intensity nursing program that accelerates students into the workforce.
