Emerging Leaders Program

Chart Your Own Leadership Journey

The SCUP Emerging Leaders program is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re just beginning your leadership path or ready to take the next step. This experience is not one-size-fits-all. Through interactive learning, peer connections, and hands-on planning skills, you’ll shape the journey that’s right for you and take away the tools and relationships that matter most to your goals.

Grow your skills, build your connections, and gain the confidence in leading integrated planning!

Applications for the 2025–2026 Cohort are now closed. Notifications to applicants will be announced in July 2025.

Program Benefits

The emerging leaders program is just the beginning. Your growth continues through the connections you make and the effort you bring. Stay engaged through monthly connection sessions, collaborate with SCUP leadership, and explore opportunities to contribute and lead within the SCUP community. How far you go is up to you — we’re here to support the path you choose.

Stay Connected Between Sessions

As part of the program, you’ll gain access to an exclusive emerging leaders community on the SCUP Exchange. This space is just for your cohort — a place to share ideas, ask questions, and stay connected throughout your journey.

Stay Connected Beyond the Program

When you complete the emerging leaders program and maintain your SCUP membership, you’ll gain access to the emerging leaders alumni community on the SCUP Exchange. This private space is where past participants continue the conversation, share insights, and support one another as they grow their leadership and planning practice.

The emerging leaders program includes personalized support to help you take the next step in the SCUP community. Whether you’re interested in presenting, volunteering, or connecting with leadership, we’ll work with you to identify opportunities and help you get there. Your journey doesn’t end with the program — it’s just the beginning.
