Technical Information

This webinar will be broadcast using omNovia, a web-based platform provided by our webinar technical support company KRM Information Services. Several days before the webinar, you will be emailed instructions on how to link to the webinar and listen to the program's audio.  Watch for an an email from: SEMINAR MATERIALS.

You need two components to view this webinar:

1.  Telephone (with amplification if showing webcast to a group)
The audio for this program will be delivered by telephone.

2. Computer with Internet Access
The PowerPoint presentation will be delivered over the Internet.

There is no software to download prior to the webinar, BUT it is very important to test your computer and check your system requirements prior to the broadcast date.

What are the system requirements?

• All major operating systems including Windows 2000 or later, Mac OS 10.4 or later, Linus, Android, and iOS are supported.
• Adobe Flash Player 10 or later.*
• Broadband internet connection (256 Kbps or more)
• No network blocks or filters that disable streaming media
• Telephone (with amplification, if showing webcast to a group)

* Note: if you're using iOS, download the omNovia application from the App Store
