Wow! That sums up our recent 2010 SCUP Southern Conference held in Charleston, SC. What a fantastic conference we had and thank you to everyone who attended, presented, sponsored, convened, and who worked behind the scenes to pull it all together. We had a record attendance (201!) this year in a city and facility that was the perfect backdrop for our proceedings. Our theme was timely and relevant and hopefully everyone walked away better prepared. We encourage all our participants to submit their presentations to SCUP to be posted on-line as a repository of great resource materials. We want to extend another thank you to our plenary speakers who inspired and guided us through the conference. George Benson PhD, President, College of Charleston We want to extend another thank you to our leadership panelist who helped shed light on the complexities and challenges associated with campus development, especially in today’s economic conditions. Jill Tiefenthaler, PhD, Provost, Wake Forest – Moderator I want to extend another thank you to the team that put all this together and helped make the conference such a success and a lot of fun. Michael Watson, Conference Vice Chair and to the others who are not listed. We are looking forward to next year’s conference to be held in San Antonio, TX that is already in the planning stages. We encourage everyone to participate and help make it the best regional conference ever. - Todd Dolson, 2010 SCUP Southern Conference Chair Thank you to everyone who attended and supported this conference! Conference proceedings will be available soon. View the final program (PDF).
