Whether the outcome is a strategic plan, a campus plan, or an accreditation process, how does one balance the vision that inspires us with the grounded pragmatism that makes results probable? How does a college or university go deep within and across the organization to make a plan successful, to make a difference, to make sure that implementation happens?

The SCUP North Atlantic regional conference will share examples of successful implementation plans, cases where implementation led to real improvements, and techniques for measuring those improvements. Examples of how institutions design their planning processes to both support accreditation criteria and improve institutional quality and competiveness will be discussed.

They serve an important role and contribute to the quality of the educational sessions and the overall success of the conference.
