New Sponsorship Opportunity!
We invite you to take advantage of our remarkable showcase setting by purchasing a 24"w x 60"h banner panel for the mounting of a poster of your design as part of a conference-long display. Highlight a single project or a compendium of your institution's or firm's planning and design work.
Located on the tenth floor of the Kimmel Center for Student Life at New York University throughout the conference, the display will be positioned central to the delegate traffic for the entire conference. This is envisioned as a display only, so additional people or materials are not necessary.
Your color or black and white posters of any design (and any paper stock) will be accepted and mounted. For your convenience, you may also send your electronic files to our display manufacturer for output. They will ship the banners to NYU for mounting (cost is roughly $110 for the entire project, depending on paper stock, vinyl or other media). Banner stands will be provided. Finished artwork must be delivered to Maria Wilpon, Helpern Architects, 23 West 4th Street, New York, New York 10003 no later than Monday, March 14.
Panel sponsorships are available for $800 each, and those participating will also be recognized as conference sponsors. Please reserve your spot immediately, as these will go quickly. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. Individual panel locations cannot be guaranteed. Checks (payable to SCUP) must be received by March 10, 2005.
