SCUP 2021 Annual Conference Vendor Presentations

Deadline May 27, 2021

Share Your Knowledge!

Vendor presentations are “purchased” 60-minute sessions that follow the same educational requirements as regular concurrent sessions and are presented along with other sessions on the program. They provide tangible takeaways and insights that your audience can immediately apply and may not be sales pitches. The session may receive continuing education credits based on the topic that is presented.

We’re open to all topics that present practical integrated planning solutions and applications. Some hallmarks of integrated planning:

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Do people from different departments or functions discuss, decide, and act together?
  • Alignment up, down, and or sideways: How do institutional priorities and day-to-day actions influence each other? How do decisions in one area of the college or university connect to decisions in another area?
  • Planning linked to resource allocation and assessment/metrics: Does the plan inform resource decisions? Do performance data inform plan decisions?
  • Collaborative governance: Do key stakeholders have a voice in decision-making?
  • Future-focused, balancing aspiration with pragmatism: Do you work towards a vision? Are your decisions informed by the realities of the external environment?

Seven (7) slots are available in 60-minute sessions.

How Your Firm Benefits

  • Based on the takeaway, your firm gains a reputation as a resource for knowledge on that topic.
  • Your session will be identified as a “vendor presentation” in the online program with your firm logo.
  • Electronic lists of pre-registered attendees three (3) weeks prior to the conference
  • Final list of registrants post-conference

Note: These lists will only include those attendees who have consented to have their information shared.

The vendor presentation fee will include 1 complimentary full conference registration. All other session presenters will receive a complimentary registration for the session only.

The fee for vendor presentations is $2,000 USD for members and $3,000 USD for nonmembers. After your topic and abstract is submitted and reviewed, you will be notified regarding its acceptance. You are under no obligation to accept the offer, but if you do, payment is due at that time. If you decline, the time slot will be offered to another entrant. Cancellations received on or before June 11, 2021, will receive full refunds. Refunds will not be granted after that date unless a substitute vendor presentation can be sold. No refunds will be given after June 30, 2021.
