July 8–12, 2017 | Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, Washington, DC
Deadline: January 19, 2018
Share Your Knowledge!
Vendor presentations are "purchased" 60-minute sessions that follow the same educational requirements as regular concurrent sessions and are presented side-by-side with other sessions on the program and in the same classrooms as concurrent sessions. They provide tangible takeaways and insights that your audience can immediately apply. They are not sales pitches. The session may receive continuing education credits based on the topic that is presented.
We’re open to all topics that present practical planning solutions and applications, and are particularly interested in proposals that guide participants step-by-step through a solution, share data and research that can support institutional decision making, describe innovative ways to support student success, and use integrated planning for better results.
Seven (7) slots are available in 60-minute sessions. One vendor presentation session is scheduled during each concurrent session time on Monday and Tuesday.

The vendor presentation fee does not include complimentary registration. All presenters must register and pay the conference registration fee. However, each vendor presentation comes with the ability to purchase one $425 full-conference registration, which is a substantial discount off of the regular registration rate.
The fee for vendor presentations is $4,000 USD for members and $5,200 USD for nonmembers. After your topic and abstract is submitted and reviewed, you will be notified regarding its acceptance. You are under no obligation to accept the offer, but if you do, payment is due at that time. If you decline, the time slot will be offered to another entrant. Cancellations received on or before April 1, 2018, will receive full refunds. Refunds will not be granted after that date unless a substitute vendor presentation can be sold. No refunds can be given after May 25, 2018.
Presenters must register and pay all fees. There are no complimentary registrations with these sessions. Each vendor presentation comes with the ability to purchase one $425 full-conference registration.
Maximum three presenters per session. Try to include presenters that represent both the institutional and consultant sides of the project.
The intent of these sessions is educational and not a promotion for your firm. Distribution of firm brochures or other materials is prohibited.
