Nicolet College is seeking a Tribal Business Management/Indigenous Studies Instructor to teach a variety of courses in Tribal Business Management and Indigenous studies in the Business Management and University Transfer Liberal Arts associate degrees, occupational associate degrees, and technical diploma programs. Building and maintaining relationships with tribal employers, agencies, leadership, and students is an essential component of the position.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate has knowledge of local and regional Indigenous cultures and successful teaching experience in a post-secondary setting using alternative delivery methods including asynchronous online, video conferencing, and competency-based instruction.

Qualified candidates possess a Master’s Degree or higher in Business Management, Indigenous Studies, or closely related field, and 4,000 hours of work experience within last 5 years in tribal management, business management, or closely related field.

Typical starting range is $60,966 - $68,153, depending on qualifications.
