Under direction of assigned administrator, perform a variety of highly complex, specialized, and technical duties in support of the activities, services, and functions of the Research and Planning Office including in the areas of strategic planning, program review, and student learning outcomes; provide support to College committees associated with area of assignment; monitor various program activities and ensure adherence to timelines and reporting requirements; prepare, review, and proof a variety of reports, documents, records, evidence, and forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; maintain multiple complex databases for assigned areas of responsibility; and perform administrative support duties as assigned.
Any combination equivalent to: an Associate’s degree or two years of college level course work in finance, business administration, or a related field; AND five years of increasingly responsible administrative support and technical experience in a related area.
