Are you interested in supporting health occupations programs, providing office support, and being a resource for students? Nicolet College is seeking a Health Occupations Support Specialist to provide administrative support and coordination for all health occupations programs. The Specialist serves as the administrative hub of the Health Occupations team, serving administrators, faculty, students, and community. The Specialist performs a wide variety of administrative duties, both collaboratively and independently and reports to the Dean of Health Occupations.
Qualified candidates possess an Associate Degree in Administrative Professional or related field, at least two years of work experience in office or medical settings, and previous experience and proficiency working with MS Office applications at an intermediate or advanced level.
The ideal candidate also has health occupations unit support or other similar employment experience, and work experience in a Higher Education environment.
