Salary: The full salary range is $60,966 to $89,714 per year. The typical starting range is $60,966 to $68,153, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Under the supervision of the Dean of University Transfer Liberal Arts and in collaboration with other faculty, this person will teach in the University Transfer Liberal Arts associate degrees, occupational associate degrees, and technical diploma programs. This faculty position will be responsible for instruction in the area of psychology/social science. The successful applicant will be expected to provide instruction in a variety of social science classes, including but not limited to Psychology of Human Relations, Introduction to Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, and Marriage & Family.
Responsibilities will be at the Rhinelander Campus and designated outreach locations with variable hours that may include day, evening, and/or possible weekend teaching assignments. This position will require teaching fully online courses as a portion of the normal teaching assignment. Additionally, faculty use multiple delivery methods including online, hybrid, and computer conferencing. Faculty maintain availability to students, develop and maintain curriculum and programs, and actively participate in the diverse communities served by the College.
• Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology.
• Ability to teach Psychology of Human Relations, Introduction to Psychology, and Abnormal Psychology courses.
• Successful experience and/or professional development in fully online course delivery.
• Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills.
