This position is responsible for facility planning duties including: assist the Director of Planning, Architecture & Engineering with general facility/campus planning; development and maintenance of space management documents and reports; space planning; maintenance, organization and continued development of facilities/planning software programs; needs assessment and development of project programs of requirement; feasibility studies. Functional management responsibilities of administrative specialists and student employees will be required. Requires coordination with Associate Architects and Engineers, various University Departments and Committees, the Ohio Board of Regents, the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission, other State and local government agencies.
– Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Architecture or related field, and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar or related position including personal computing responsibilities. OR
– Associate’s degree in Planning, Architecture or related field, and a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a similar or related position including personal computing responsibilities. OR
– A minimum of nine (9) years’ experience in a similar or related position including personal computing responsibilities.
