Salary: Typical starting wage is $21.01 - $25.36 per hour, based on qualifications.

Nicolet College is seeking an Enrollment Services Specialist to support the Nicolet College community (students, employees, and external stakeholders) through transformational customer service within the Nicolet College Welcome Center. This multi-faceted position supports the College Enrollment Team (admissions, advising and financial aid) through frontline customer service and activities related to strategic enrollment management and data and process management.

Qualified candidates possess an Associate’s Degree, and experience in a customer-service position or field, and experience utilizing multiple forms of communication technology (e.g., phone, email, chat, texting).
The ideal candidate also has experience in an educational setting, and experience using student information system(s) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
