Frequently Asked Questions | SCUP 2020 Mid-Atlantic Conference

I missed Monday’s sessions. How do I access the sessions?

Session recordings will be available 2 weeks after the conference. All registered attendees will receive an email once the recordings are ready.

How do I receive CEUs for attending sessions?

Please follow the instructions included in this PDF. We will continue to update the information. Thank you!

How will I access the sessions?
  1. Review the session descriptions to determine which sessions you would like to access.
  2. Click LIVE Sessions. You will be directed to the scup.org login page.
  3. The list of available sessions will be shown by date and time. Click on the title of the session you would like to access.
  4. You will access your session through the Zoom webinar platform. 
Will the SCUP Mid-Atlantic Conference be rescheduled for an in-person event later this year?

Unfortunately, no but our virtual conference option will bring you all the learning you need!

Save the Date! The 2021 Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference is scheduled for March 10-12, 2021 at The University of Virginia.

What do I have to do if I’m already registered for the SCUP Mid-Atlantic Conference?

Nothing! Our team has transferred your registration over to the virtual event.

I am a confirmed presenter for the face-to-face conference. What should I do now?

Your session will go on as planned – just in a virtual format. Our team will be in touch shortly with details so continue working on your presentation and ensuring your content ready to WOW the attendees.

Will I receive a refund if I registered for an optional tour or the SCUP Planning Institute: Foundations workshop?

Refunds will be issued to anyone who has registered for a tour. If you registered for the Planning Institute: Foundations workshop please contact SCUP to transfer your registration to the upcoming Planning Institute scheduled for July 18 in Cleveland held just before SCUP’s Annual Conference or receive a refund. Please contact events@scup.org if you have not received an email from our team requesting your preference.

What will happen with my hotel reservation or other travel arrangements?

You will need to cancel your own hotel reservation. Please reach out to your airline or rail line directly regarding their cancellation policies. Many carriers and hotels not contracted by SCUP are offering flexible refund options at this time. SCUP cannot provide reimbursement for your cancelled travel reservations.

Are you still holding the other Mid-Atlantic events scheduled for later this spring?

At this time, these events are still scheduled as planned.
