Kristin Mulrooney, PhD is the senior planning and integration officer in the Office of the President at Gallaudet University. She joined the division in 2019. Prior to that she was the director of the Center for Bilingual Teaching and Learning and an associate professor in the linguistics department. She participated in the 2021–2022 SCUP Emerging Leaders Program.
