Austin, TXDirector of FGM’s Higher Ed practice, Joe has over 30 years of architectural experience with a strong emphasis on college and university projects, including teaching and research labs, residence halls, classroom buildings, and student centers. He has also served as Director of Design and Construction at The University of Chicago, which provided him with client-side experiences and a better appreciation of the key success factors for projects in a campus setting. Mr. Chronister is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Society for College and University Planning, where he serves as Vice Chair for Professional Development on the North Central Regional Council.
