With over 20 years of experience, he has consulted and facilitated change initiatives across Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, government agencies, and higher education institutions—focusing on organizational effectiveness, development, and transformation.
At Penn State, Jeremy leads enterprise-wide efforts to help university leadership and operational units understand and navigate the complexities of change. He is responsible for designing and implementing strategies and processes that enable efficient, innovative, and human-centered transformation—aligning with the University’s strategic priorities while reducing disruption and stress for stakeholders.
