Finance and Audit Committee

Tasked with ensuring the fiscal stability and long-term economic health of SCUP, the Finance and Audit Committee (FAC) monitors, advises, and recommends to the board on financial and audit matters. It’s the FAC’s role to ensure financial and audit reporting is sound, and SCUP’s internal controls are in order.

The FAC’s work supports SCUP’s strategic plan adopted by the SCUP board of directors. The FAC’s efforts support the following initiative:
