American Council on Education (ACE): "Through its Center for International Initiatives, ACE offers programs and services that enhance internationalization on U.S. campuses and situate U.S. higher education in a global context. In addition, ACE works with international partners on higher education issues that have a global impact." There are far too many resources available on its website to list here, but it is a must–visit if your institution is engaged in or might be engaged in any international initiatives.
The Boston College Center for International Higher Education serves up a lot of related information, including articles in its periodical, International Higher Education, as well as an International Network for Higher Education in Africa, an International Higher Education Clearinghouse, and CIHE Podcasts.
The Institute for Higher Education Policy has an International Higher Education Web document with links to its own related Publications and Other Resources.
The Organization for Economic Co–Operation and Development (OECD) has a Directorate for Education which shares a website replete with useful reports and news items.
The Texas International Education Consortium "assists educators and students worldwide to strengthen instructional programs, build effective management and administrative structures, and develop a foundation for active, life–long learning. Founded in 1985 this independent, self-funded, non-profit corporation delivers a full range of services by utilizing the extensive resource base of 32 public universities in the State of Texas along with other institutions in the United States."

The Chronicle of Higher Education – The weekly newspaper of record for higher education, which has a comprehensive website. Much of its content is accessible by registration only, although some requires purchase of a subscription or a temporary pass.
The Greentree Gazette – This monthly magazine is focused on financial issues in higher education. Some of its content is available on line, but most is not.
Inside Higher Education – This online–only news source for higher education often has pertinent articles available. It is open and free to all.
International Higher Education – This quarterly journal of the Center for International Higher Education (CIHE) provides all of its articles to anyone, on line, with a topical index available.
Planning for Higher Education(PHE) – SCUP's quarterly, peer–reviewed journal.
University Business – This monthly magazine has all of its content available on line and additional web-only features.
