Nicholas R. Santilli
Santilli is associate academic vice president for planning and assessment for John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH. Santilli has been a member of the John Carroll University community for 18 years first as a member of the faculty of the psychology department and now a member of the administration. As chair of the psychology department, Santilli stewarded the department’s first strategic planning process, initiated the formation of the department's student learning outcomes assessment program, and served as the department's representative to the capital planning committee for the Dolan Center for Science and Technology. His duties now blend work on institutional strategic planning, assessment of student learning, and campus budget process.
