Resource & Budget Planning
A budget is a plan. Budget planning allows a campus to clearly signal priorities among various academic plans, as well as the units that support the academic mission. At the academic department level, the same person, the head or chair usually does budget and academic planning. Budget and resource allocations represent the goals and aspirations against which real revenue and expenses are tested.
SCUP-Budgeteers is a SCUP Knowledge Community that is a Lyris email list with more than 500 members. You can join it via the Web here. It is open to all.
