|
September 27: |
Hoping to increase value, reduce risk, and improve capital construction project outcomes, public and private institutions are innovating with alternative delivery methods to the ‘traditional’ Design-Bid-Build model. Some would say that alternatives are becoming the norm.
Bring yourself up to date on the options and this trend by engaging with colleague experts who are using alternative models. Our panel of practitioners will present case studies of recent projects and discuss the pros and cons and lessons learned. Design-Build, CM/GC (or, CM at risk), Public-Private Partnerships, Integrated Project Delivery, and a variety of hybrid models will be examined and delineated.
