Meeting the ever expanding needs of a university campus requires not only creativity in funding, management, and development, but also an occasional helping hand from a partner. Increasing pressure to meet campus facility needs have sprung a helpful and necessary tool, the Public—Private Partnership.
Join your SCUP colleagues on October 22 in Denver, CO for conversation and dialog with campus leaders in various stages of collaboration with private development partners to realize goals on their respective campuses.
Listen to presenters from...
an urban Community College;
a sub-urban Academic Medical Campus; and
a mid-town Private Campus.
Business arrangements and process will also be discussed with a transaction consultant, providing avenues for you to initiate the development needs on your campus.
